Terms of Use

The rules for using this website. Project terms are separate, agreed with you, and always in writing.

01

What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of intcel.com. They do not cover any project between Intcel and your company. That relationship is governed only by a signed master services agreement and its statements of work, which override anything published here.

02

Using this site

  • You may read this site, link to it, and quote it with credit.
  • You may not try to disrupt its availability or security, or access systems you are not allowed to access.
  • You may not copy this site automatically to build a competing directory, or to train a commercial model, without our written permission.
03

Intellectual property

The Intcel name, logos, written material, illustrations and interface designs on this site belong to us. Case studies describe work we delivered for clients; the systems themselves and any client intellectual property stay with the client. Client names appear with their permission.

04

No warranty on what we publish

Everything on this site — including blog articles, delivery numbers, timelines and technical opinions — is published as general information. It is not advice for your specific situation. The figures describe our own past delivery data, not a promise of future results. Nothing here creates an offer or a binding commitment.

05

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded.

06

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
